Fast Dispatch
Our warehouse operates six days a week to cut your wait time after purchase. Shipments for general orders happen within 24HRS after purchase. However, delays could still happen due to unforeseeable conditions with the couriers. We will try our best to avoid such situations.

At Gym Mart, we offer a pick-up service for customer who wants to get their items fast.

Delivery Times
Gym Mart works with multiple couriers for an optimized delivery experience. Delivery can be made in Australia wide & delivery times are guidelines and are never guaranteed. Gym Mart will not compensate for any delivery that arrives later than the estimate given. Some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. Gym Mart will not be liable for any consequential loss for delivery times. If your order looks damaged on delivery, please check your delivery before signing for it, inform the delivery driver of the damage, and ask them to record the damage. In the event of problematic couriers, you may find your parcel delivered by a different courier of our choice to ensure the product's safe delivery.

The cost of shipping varies case by case. No One At Home To Accept The Delivery?
We highly recommend placing your best contact number during the order process in the case where our courier needs to notify & schedule a delivery day.
Do I Need To Help The Courier with Heavy/Bulky Items?
Our standard or express deliveries will come with a one-person driver who can unload big & bulky items with the help of another person. In most cases, no lifting is involved, but simple unloading onto the floor where they may have a hand-trolley or device makes things easy. We advise planning ahead for assistance for extremely big items, such as a Cable Pulley Machine or a Treadmill. Both standard and express delivery pricing is based on a one-person driver only. If the driver refuses to offer assistance, don't hesitate to contact us at admin@austarsports.com.au before placing the order to see if we can offer any alternative solutions.
I Received Fewer Cartons or Items Than I Should Have.
In the rare instance that short deliveries occur, we recommend checking all of the cartons on the shipping docket to ensure that they match up with the cartons you're receiving. We highly recommend accepting the delivery, mark on the shipping docket that it is delivered short and email admin@austarsports.com.au of this occurrence. Short deliveries do not necessarily mean items are lost, as some couriers tend to push out deliveries as quick as possible, especially during the busy Christmas or shopping seasons.
What To Do If My Delivery Arrives Damaged?
Our couriers handle with care, and our packaging includes lots of materials to prevent any handling or transit damage. If your carton arrives damaged, we highly recommend accepting the delivery, informing the driver about the damaged condition, taking some photo evidences, and emailing admin@austarsports.com.au of this occurrence. Can I Change My Address After The Order Is Shipped? If the order has been shipped out, we can no longer alter the address or make any changes to your order. While in the hands of the courier, changing addresses will incur a redirection fee, as our couriers will need to re-label and alter their system to reflect the changes.
